The cow cake look
 |
On a clean dry kitchen work surface lightly dusted with icing sugar,
roll out some black sugarpaste so it's quite thin.
Using a small knife cut out a cloud / blob like shape. |

Dampen the back with a little water using a pastry or small paint brush. |
 |
Lay the 'blob' over the edge of your ready covered cake so it's on the top and side of the cake. |
 |
Smooth the cut edge with your finger. |
 |
If you want more blobs then make smaller blob shapes and add them
underneath on the side of the cake.
